Yes, our Pooch Pack Treats are great for all puppies, especially whilst training them. Our treats are easily broken into bite size pieces and offer a soft mouth feel which is great for developing puppies.

If you have any queries around feeding your puppy our treats we advise you checking with their vet first.

At Pooch pack we don’t discriminate, our treats are suitable for all dog breeds of all sizes.

As much as your pooch would happily eat our treats all day, they are meant for supplemental feeding only & are not intended to replace your daily pooch’s food. 

We believe your pooch will love our treats and will thank you for the switch.

However just like us humans, some dogs don’t like change. Although our treats our single ingredient It’s important to remember to ease your pooch slowly into Pooch Packs treats when transitioning from any old treats especially ones that may have had multiple ingredients.

If for whatever reason your pooch doesn’t agree with our treats you can cancel your subscription any time 7 days prior to your next delivery.

When it comes to ‘vet approved’ there’s no such thing really. Whilst we haven’t gone out of our way to have a specific Vet endorse our products we have included a number of vets throughout our extensive testing & development process.  

Our treats are carefully air dried at a low heat with no preservatives, chemicals or sprays added.

All Pooch Pack products are batch crafted by hand in small batches following best practice HACCP processes.

All our packaging is recyclable & we encourage our customers to recycle each & every month. To get the best value out of recycling the pouches we suggest you put them in the redcycle.net.au bins available at most supermarkets.

We offer a ruff daily guide on the reverse of our packs which can also be found below; 

Up to 10kg = 2 to 3 treats / day
Up to 30kg = 3 to 4 treats / day
Over 30 kg = 4 to 5 treats / day

As our treats are meant for supplemental feeding only, we advise you to not substitute the treats for your pooch’s daily food.

Of course, the foil lined pouched do a great job of keeping your treats fresh as long as you re seal after using, alternatively you can store the treats in any air tight container in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

We want to offer you the best product in the most convenient way so at this stage we have chosen not to sell in pet stores.

We do however have some carefully selected partners who endorse our products & use throughout their daily practices, at these location’s there will be a small amount of product available for retail sales, checkout our social pages for these locations

Sorry at this stage we do not offer samples. We are confident that both you & your dog will love our treats. If you are still on the fence you can buy individual bags form our shop & give them a go before subscribing.

Every one of our treats are handmade form a natural product so they will vary in size. All of our treats are intended to be broken into smaller bite size pieces to suit your pooch.

Our boxes contain either 2 or 3 packs of treats, a monthly supply of poop bags and a bag of our signature pupcorn. In addition to this we will include a monthly surprise ranging from carefully selected pooch essentials, a range of toys & promotional offers.

Our subscription boxes are intended to last a full month. We have based this off regular supplemental feeding most days.

However, if your like us & can’t resist your pooches eyes or you’re trying to nail that perfect body roll you may find yourself running out sooner than anticipated. Fear not though you have full control to change your subscription size, pause or even cancel your subscription as needed, simply head to your account page to update your preferences.

It’s super simple to pause, slow down or speed up your subscription with a click of a button. simply head to your account page to update your preferences.

Of course, your preferences can be updated within your account page. You can update the quantity or type of subscription box, pause or even cancel your subscription. Please note this needs to be done at least 7 days before the next payment cycle

For your subscription you can cancel your order before it is shipped providing this is done at least 7 days prior to your next shipment date. Head to your account page to update your preferences.

For all non-subscription orders, we aim to ship the next working day after you have placed your order. If for whatever reason you need to cancel your order please send us an e-mail with your order reference number prior to the next working day & we will process a refund.

We Sure will. We will let you know 7 days in advance of when your next fresh box is due to ship and when it will be charged.

We offer a larger subscription box if you have 2 dogs this size box includes 3 standard 100g treat pouches along with extra poop bags. If you find this still isn’t enough we advise ordering 2 subscription boxes to accommodate your pooch family.

Our subscription boxes are delivered on a monthly basis. We ship on the 15th of every month (or next business day). In most cases boxes will be received within 2 business days, some remote areas may take longer.

At pooch pack we wanted to make our subscriptions as convenient as possible. We currently use Australia Post, with no signature. Your mail man will leave the box in the best place possible, we don’t want you to have to try to go out of your way to your local post office during business hours.

If you have any specific delivery requirements please be sure to mention this during the checkout phase.

We currently ship nationwide via Australia Post. Please bear in mind that shipping to rural areas may take a few extra days.
